Marketplace feminism

edit

Hi, Eunkyung. I'm not sure if you are following the discussion at Professor Keifer-Boyd's Wikipedia Talk page regarding the Feminism article; I'll ping you from there. I don't know if you read what I wrote there, but I had to revert the section that was added to the Feminism article on "Marketplace feminism", for reasons I explained at Talk:Feminism and at User talk:ChutneyPower#Feminism article. Did you write that section of the article? If you did, please post it while logged in as yourself; currently, the History of the Feminism article shows it logged as having been posted by ChutneyPower, and each editor should only have access to one Wikipedia account, and post their own work.

She also mentioned your draft about Yun Suknam. You might also want to check out the the Wikipedia:Gender gap task force and WP:Women in red, for improving biographical coverage of notable women, as well as WikiProjects such as Wikipedia:WikiProject Women and WikiProject Feminism. Feel free to reach out here, or on my Talk page, or at the Draft talk page for any help or assistance you may need with your Draft article. Thanks, Mathglot (talk) 02:09, 22 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

Korean art

edit

Since you appear to be interested in Korean art, have you heard of Yee Sookyung? If you haven't, check out some of her 'Translated Vases' here. I'd love to see a Wikipedia page about her; if you feel like taking that on, perhaps I can help. Cheers, Mathglot (talk) 02:11, 22 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

Moved to draft space

edit

I have moved your new article to Draft:Lettuce (Mandarine Girl) because it was far from being ready for publication in article space. It is completely unsourced, so it is difficult to assess whether the topic meets WP:Notability criteria for inclusion, or if it's even a real topic. Please improve it in draft space and submit for review. ~Anachronist (talk) 20:44, 24 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

I have also done the same with Draft:Chun-shan (Sandie) Yi for the same reasons. Please refrain from creating articles in the main article space until you become more familiar with Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion as well as citing sources that meet WP:Golden rule criteria.

Here's a hint: Collect your sources first, and then write the article based on what they say. Don't write the article first and then try to find sources. ~Anachronist (talk) 21:55, 24 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. ~Anachronist (talk) 21:57, 24 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
