Your article edit

If the subject of your article is shown to be notable (WP:GNG and others), and can be referenced with reliable independent sources WP:RS, OK. If the article is directing people to a source, that is advertising or promotion, both of which are not allowed. Wikipedia is a place for articles, and is not a mere collection of links - no matter how valuable they might be to someone somewhere. Peridon (talk) 16:15, 19 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hello Peridon. My teacher at Lund University just explained in a letter to me that the Southern Westerly circulation is part of the westerly winds on the southern hemisphere. Could this be used as a source to redirect people to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Westerlies ? OliverBear (talk) 13:37, 20 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

Replied at my page. Peridon (talk) 14:19, 20 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

Comments edit

Hi, I've been tweaking your article, but the book reference needs the relevant page{s) added. I think that your submission for review is premature. With so little content, a reviewer might decide that just making it a redirect to metamorphic rock is appropriate. You need to explain what a metamorphic series is and tell us more about the series you mention. Where are they? Why do they matter. I'm no geologist, but if you need help with editing, just ask on my talk page Jimfbleak - talk to me? 15:38, 23 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

The series is named after George Barrow, which you should mention, but the adjective is "Barrovian". Also check for duplication with metamorphic zone Jimfbleak - talk to me? 15:43, 23 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
