edit

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in post-1932 politics of the United States and closely related people. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from 2019 Speaker of the United States House of Representatives election into 2021 Speaker of the United States House of Representatives election. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. If you are the sole author of the prose that was copied, attribution is not required. — Diannaa (talk) 20:35, 13 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Okay that fine

Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that in this edit to Greg Gianforte, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 18:21, 15 November 2020 (UTC) okayReply

Thank you for your edit of the Barry Moore (Alabama politician) article. However, it is not Wikipedia's style to have a section heading without any content, as was the case with "Tenure". Only when there is content to be added to an article should the related heading be added, if needed. (I've gone ahead and removed this heading.) -- John Broughton (♫♫) 02:59, 30 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Again, please stop adding empty sections to articles. If there's no content for a section with that title, then there should not be a section for it. – Muboshgu (talk) 22:00, 1 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
Thats fine Muboshugu. – KingOpti1012 (talk) 22:09, 1 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
So why did you just do it again on Kai Kahele? – Muboshgu (talk) 21:19, 2 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
Well he is getting his commitee assignmens soon. By the way that format is what Members and Members elect are suppose to have. – KingOpti1012 (talk) 22:21, 2 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
And you just did it again on Andrew Clyde, and others. We will add committee assignments when we get them. We do not add empty sections, period. – Muboshgu (talk) 16:41, 7 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

Please pay more attention to your mass edits

edit

This edit is wrong. You added a header "2020 general election" but the content there was all about the primary election. I have corrected this here but it seems you made this mistake several times. There are also two spaces between "general" and "election", which doesn't display but you really need to pay more attention to your edits. Reywas92Talk 02:20, 6 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

Another mistake I had to clean up. The "election" part of that level-4 header isn't even needed in the first place because it's underneath a level-3 header that already says "Elections". Not to mention you used "Adding his house portfolio" for edit summaries of women. Please go back and double-check your edits for accuracy, most of these have issues here where primaries are discussed. Reywas92Talk 02:30, 6 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

Thats fine Reywas. – KingOpti1012 (talk) 23:59, 5 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

'On my old account I went a little crazy and I wanted a fresh start in this new accoun. Since the I have responded to people's talk pages and have had a postive impact on wikipedia. Please give me another chance.'

Decline reason:

The many warnings above show otherwise. Regardless, you were not entitled to set up this account and WP:FRESHSTART does not apply to you, as your previous account was blocked. Your best bet now would be to go at least six months with no edits (zero edits, no edits, not via this account, not via any other account) and then sign in to your original account and apply under WP:SO. You'll need to address your vandalism with that account, your frequently inappropriate editing with this account, and your violation of WP:SOCK and WP:EVADE. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
