May I ask you why you reverted my edit to Los Angeles Lakers, especially with no edit summary? Ksy92003 (talk) 00:33, 22 February 2008 (UTC)
- I deleted it for several reasons. First of all, there is nothing to me that indicates that the depth chart is by any means "official" and may be one's personal opinion as to which player is in which position on the depth chart. Second, I don't feel that a current depth chart should belong on the team's main history article, which covers their whole existence. The current season roster doesn't summarize 60 years of a franchise's history. Third, I don't think a depth chart is necessary anywhere, anyway, because the team's roster is already there. Magic Johnson has been chosen to be our very first Collaboration of the Month article. Although this is article is already a Good Article, it still can be improved. The goal is to improve this article by the end of May so that it can be nominated for Featured Article status. In particular, free-use images should be found for the article, all Manual of Style guidelines should be followed, and a neutral point of view should be maintained throughout the article. If there is anything you can do to improve the article, then please help out. |

Last month's Collaboration of the Month, Magic Johnson was a great success. A total of 560 edits were made to the article during the month of May, and the article was eventually nominated as a Featured Article Candidate. Although the article was not promoted, it was significantly improved through the work of many editors. This month's Collaboration of the Month is Steve Nash. Although this is article is already a Good Article, it still can be improved. In particular, all prose should conform to Featured Article standards, all statements should be verified, and the text should be in a neutral point of view. If there is anything you can do to improve the article, then please help out.
 The Collaborator of the Month is given to the editor with the most number of substantial, beneficial edits to the article chosen as the Collaboration of the Month. This month's Collaborator of the Month award goes to Chensiyuan (talk · contribs). Although he had previously helped Magic Johnson to became a Good article, he made literally hundreds of edits during the month of May. For his contributions, he is rewarded with the NBA Collaborator of the Month Award. However, all beneficial edits made by any editor was a help. I have generated a knowledge evolution map to denote your knowledge activities in Wikipedia according to your inputs including the creation and modification of contents in Wikipedia, and I need you to validate whether the generated knowledge evolution map matches the knowledge that you perceive you own it. Could you please do me a favor?
- I will send you a URL link to a webpage on which your knowledge evolution map displays. Please assign the topic (concept) in the map to a certain cluster on the map according to the relationship between the topic and clusters in your cognition, or you can assign it to ‘none of above’ if there is no suitable cluster.
- I will also send a questionnaire to you. The questions are related to my research topic, and I need your viewpoints about these questions.
The deadline of my thesis defense is set by the end of June, 2008. There is no much time left for me to wrap up the thesis. If you can help me, please reply this message. Canucks draft picks

New Orleans Hornets draft history and List of Boston Bruins head coaches
I know you meant well by co-nominating New Orleans Hornets draft history and List of Boston Bruins head coaches for FL, but I'd say its best to let the main article contributor(s) nominate the article whenever they think it's ready for FLC. Drive-by nominations aren't of much use, since the responsibility would fall on your shoulders to reply to comments on the FLC page. Formatting: List of (team name) head coaches
Since you reverted me, I think we should discuss how these article should format. All the promoted FL (like List of Boston Celtics head coaches) are using one format, while the one you created (List of Memphis Grizzlies head coaches) use another. Actually, since the article was merged, per the GFDL, we cannot delete the page. There must be a history to show the contributions of the editors of that page. - Regarding the list, CrzyCheetah came back and opposed the list now that the sorting was put in, but I fixed the problems he had by adding some sortkeys and getting the internal code set up the way it should be. I also made a couple tiny edits to the lead, but everything should be shipshape now.

23 was Dwayne Mitchells NBA Summer League number, his official jersey number for the Los Angeles Lakers has yet to be revealed since his signing. Peer review limits

The vs. are for series the Yankees won, while the tos are for series they lost. This is the way it's done on Philadelphia Phillies seasons and St. Louis Cardinals seasons, the two featured lists the table is modeled after. If you think it should be changed, reply back with a recommendation.
