It seems like you have very frequently linked to the authors of the articles you cite when using {{Cite news}}. Many times, these reporters are non-notable, and the redlinks are unlikely to ever be filled correctly. For example, is anyone ever going to write an aricle on Mike Melia, an unremarkable AP reporter?
