Films, notability, and sources

I noticed you have greatly expanded Draft:Lady of Guadalupe (film). When you are ready to submit it, go to WP:Articles for creation for instructions.

Before submitting, please familiarize yourself with Wikipedia's notability guidelines. There are two that are relevant: WP:Notability and WP:Notability (films).

Also consider reading WP:Referencing for beginners, WP:Reliable sources, and WP:About.

Many if not most films that aren't in wide release or expected to be in wide release don't meet Wikipedia's notability criteria. Some do. It's up to you to determine if this film does, and, if it does, to provide suitable references that clearly demonstrate that it does. If you wind up using a lot of references, pick the 3-5 that are "most helpful" in demonstrating this film's "notability" and list them on the "Talk" page, Draft talk:Lady of Guadalupe (film), in addition to putting them in the actual draft. This will make it easier on the reviewer, which usually speeds up the review process.

If the film is NOT notable, then pick another topic to write about. Well-written drafts, even excellently-written drafts, about topics that are not "notable" by Wikipedia standards are routinely declined. If they are accepted, they are routinely later deleted under Wikipedia's deletion policy.

I do not see evidence that this film meets Wikipedia's notability guidelines. I'll give it at least another day to see if you or anyone else can add suitable sources that demonstrate that the topic is notable. If I don't see evidence that it meets Wikipedia's notability criteria, I intend to nominate it for deletion or move it back to Draft:Lady of Guadalupe (film).

If you think you need more than a day or two, please move it back yourself and replace the "leftover redirect" that will be at Lady of Guadalupe (film) with {{db-r2}}. It's worth noting that back on 26 December 2020, within an hour of you moving the page from "Draft" to the main encyclopedia, I put {{notability}} at the top of the page.[1] This was a notice that I believe the film is not notable. I was hoping that, within a few days, you would update the page to prove me wrong. That did not happen. I had forgotten about it.
