Hello Broomhildatook. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Draft:Levan Lepsveridze, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat SEO.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Broomhildatook. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Broomhildatook|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Sulfurboy (talk) 13:57, 24 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. No, I am not paid to write this wiki bio. I am familiar with all the advertising agencies in Tbilisi, Georgia, including Leavingstone. I know subject of my article personally, but I am not financially compensated to write this in any way. How should I proceed?

I will make changes to the page, it would be much appreciated if you could take a look.

Blocked for sockpuppetry

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Broomhildatook. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Dreamy Jazz talk to me | my contributions 01:09, 28 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I apologize for my actions, I should have read all the guidelines and rules. I should have known that posting the same content on different user pages was forbidden. I honestly thought since the article I wrote on Broomhildatook account months ago was not accepted, that it meant that it was not published in the wiki space. So, rewriting and posting it on my other account was plausible, which now I know was wrong of me to think. I admit my actions, there is no point in denying something that I did and I understand why I was blocked and I will never make the same mistake again. I really want to be wiki contributor. I live in the Republic of Georgia and there is not much written about Georgian people on English version of Wikipedia, so, I thought I could write articles about them. I also wanted to tell you that I have not been paid for my contribution. I work in advertising and I am really proud of the progress that we’ve made in this industry, so I thought that I would start adding bios of advertising executives from the agencies in my country that I know of. I have met these people before but I do not get any payment for my wiki contributions. Please, I will try my best to learn the guidelines and be worthy of your trust if you give me another chance.

Decline reason:

None of this addresses your abuse of multiple accounts. Yamla (talk) 13:52, 28 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

You mention that [you] have met these people before but I do not get any payment for my wiki contributions. Please understand that this is also a form of WP:COI editing and is heavily discouraged. I would be willing to consider unblocking if you make a commitment to not write about anything or anyone with whom you have a relationship. If you are genuinely committed to expanding our coverage of Georgian topics, there should be no shortage of subjects relating to the country's history, politics and culture that you could safely write about. signed, Rosguill talk 18:26, 29 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

I understand. Yes, I commit to no longer write about the individuals I know and I will delete this article entry. I will only write about the topics of Georgian history, politics and culture. Thank you for your consideration, I hope you will give me another chance.
