  • In the absence of any other assessment criteria for fauna and flora you need to revert back to Wikipedia's general notability criteria, whereby if a topic has received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject it is generally presumed to be notable. The applicable provision that I have taken is sources, whilst there is no fixed number of sources required, since sources vary in quality and depth of coverage, it is generally expected that the topic should be supported by multiple sources not a single source. That is not say that the topic isn't notable just that there is insufficient evidence to establish notability at this point in time. My concerns would appear to be validated by your comments that you have not been able to find anything else on the topic. You might want to contact one of the participants on WP:RODENTS for help in sourcing suitable references. Dan arndt (talk) 06:02, 19 October 2018 (UTC)Reply
@Dan arndt: Well, not sure how rodent experts would be able to help me with a primate...sorry if that sounded offensive but I did a deeper search and found that more websites have created pages about the species, but all say that there wasn't any information documented on the species(for example, go to the Encyclopedia of Life). --Boothsift (talk) 06:15, 19 October 2018 (UTC)Reply
My bad I assumed that it was a squirrel not a type of bush baby, which in that case try WP:MAMMAL for help. Dan arndt (talk) 06:26, 19 October 2018 (UTC)Reply
