Sir,I belong to Bhojpuri community and Akshara Singh is a very popular actress of bhojpuri cinema.I search her name on Wikipedia but I couldn't find her page.So I thought to create a page on actress Akshara Singh.

You were blocked because there's a prolific vandal who regularly recreates the exact page you recreated, and who often lies when caught. When I saw the same behaviour from your account, and given the similarly in username, I thought this was obviously another case. It looks like I was mistaken and so you have my sincere apologies.
