I have declined the speedy deletion nomination, as the specified deletion criterion doesn't seem to apply. However, the page is totally unsuitable as a Wikipedia article in its present state, for several reasons, including the fact that it has no references, which are needed both to provide evidence of satisfying Wikipedia's notability guidelines and to make it possible for readers to verify the content of the article. Also in its present form the page is nothing more than a dictionary definition, but Wikipedia is not a dictionary, and articles which merely define the meanings of words are not considered suitable. I have moved the page to Draft:Wronglish. In theory you can improve that draft, and then submit it for review as an article for creation when you think it's ready, but my advice is that doing so would be a waste of your time, as my searches have failed to provide any evidence that the subject satisfies Wikipedia's notability standards.

I see that, although your account has existed for about two and a half years, you have made only 13 edits, so in terms of your experience you are a fairly new editor. My advice to new editors is that it is best to start by making small improvements to existing articles, rather than creating new articles. That way any mistakes you make will be small ones, and you won't have the discouraging experience of repeatedly seeing hours of work deleted. Gradually, you will get to learn how Wikipedia works, and after a while you will know enough about what is acceptable to be able to write whole new articles without fear that they will be deleted. Over the years I have found that editors who start by making small changes to existing articles and work up from there have a far better chance of having a successful time here than those who jump right into creating new articles from the start.
