I don't know any place to discuss this (except for a dead youtube forum). Does anyone know if there will be a 2008 awards? If not, why? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.22.236.21 (talk) 06:27, 15 March 2009 (UTC) because youtube didnt officially sponser it and if you go to the link you'll notice the account was made in 2008 because again it was made by a user not youtube so youtube deleted the accountReply

Netteys

edit

What is this about they Netteys? I find it very suspicious. "FreeServe Family of Companies" doesn't return any specific Google search results and doesn't even sound like a real thing... They have one video and one tweet, neither of which reveal the information said in this article. The video has a $10 Amazon Gift Card competition for promotional purposes... It smells like someone has edited this article for self-promotion that has nothing to do with the Youtube Awards (and cheap self promotion at that). I'd seriously consider deleting it.

It should not be merged because both are different rewards and have different conditions. Yes, we can add link of youtube awards in youtube partners reward content. — Preceding unsigned comment added by एसवी ट्यूशन (talkcontribs) 04:28, 28 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

Oppose merge on the basis that the YouTube Awards are an acknowledgemnt of video quality as selected by the YouTube community whereas the YouTube Partner Rewards are a mere recognition by YouTube (the company) of a channel's large subscribership. Completely different concepts. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 18:57, 2 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on YouTube Awards. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

I propose that all the inline external links are removed. They can be placed in a footnote or in a new column, but they shouldn't be inline per WP:EL. wumbolo ^^^ 11:30, 11 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hi Wumbolo. Would you mind posting this comment in the current open featured list nomination for this article, please? It might get more eyeballs on that page, and generate more discussion. I'll respond there. Thanks, A Thousand Doors (talk | contribs) 10:38, 13 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
