Spain's and the Papal States' participation

edit

Any participation in this war of Spain and the Papal States is mentioned nowhere in this article or any of the articles of the battles of this war. Additionally, I find it unlikely that they would participate in this war, because they were fighting the War of the League of Cognac at this time (1526-1530), in which the Spanish were heavily committed, and in which the Papal States was defending its home territory and capital city itself (which was sacked). Well, it has been 2 and a half years, and no sources or proof of any kind have been provided to show that Spanish and Papal forces actually fought in this campaign. Therefore, I will go ahead and remove them from the infobox. King Philip V of Spain (talk) 17:26, 28 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

Rename the article

The title is incorrect, because none of these battles and sieges were located on the Balkan peninsula. I suggest Suleiman I's campaign of 1529 as the new title of this article.--Filederchest (talk) 13:32, 2 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
