last name needs to be fixed

Her last name is actually Seddiqi, with an i at the end. See: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/south_asia/1695590.stm

It appears General Seddiqi's birthdate is unknown. The NYT published an obituary stating that she was thought to be 81 or 82 at time of passing, which suggests they do not find our existing source for her birthdate to be credible. Should we remove?
