editI don't think "The Silence Between the Stars" was ever released.83.254.23.46 22:52, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
→It was released as a PDF if I recall correctly. 128.120.190.97 19:58, 19 April 2007 (UTC)
→→Unfortunately no, according to J. Butler it was never published. It is even possible the novel was never even finished, since the page count varies greatly on different online bookstores. I removed the novel from the published novel list. Ivoelezovic 08:50, 6 October 2007 (UTC)
I want to point out that in the list of Stellar Nations the Hatire Community seems to be mis-spelled. Someone should correct that. - 62.16.235.58 (talk) 04:38, 11 August 2008 (UTC) Um. Hey, that wasn't so hard. :) - --62.16.235.58 (talk) 02:30, 26 August 2008 (UTC)

The result of the move request was: page moved, given the existence of style guidelines on trademarks as article titles and considering that the other concerns have been assuaged. Harej (talk) 03:12, 25 March 2014 (UTC)
Star*Drive → Star Drive – Per MOS:TMRULES, unpronounced characters in trademarks should be used on first reference only. Per WP:TSC, punctuation and non-Latin symbols should not be used for article titles. Star Drive is preferable to StarDrive as that seems to be the way it's listed commercially ( at least on Amazon). - Comment - The publisher, as far as I know, always prints the name as "Star*Drive" in their materials. See this for example. Shannon Appelcline's book Designers & Dragons from Mongoose Publishing refers to it that way as well. BOZ (talk) 17:11, 8 March 2014 (UTC)
- There's been a lot of discussion at Wikipedia about how to deal with trademarks that use punctuation in non-standard ways. The current consensus, as reflected by the guidelines linked above, is that the way a word is written in promotional materials doesn't bear on what is considered encyclopedic for Wikipedia. It's a very tricky question, because to really tackle it you have to address the semiotics of written language itself. I imagine the guidelines will continue to evolve, but that's where we are at the moment. Ibadibam (talk) 22:58, 9 March 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose because if the * is removed then the title becomes StarDrive, and not Star [space] Drive. DeistCosmos (talk) 18:59, 8 March 2014 (UTC)
- Cammelcase is acceptable so it could be StrarDrive instead. Howerver, according to the nominator it appears that Star Drive is used more so I don't see that as an issue.--70.49.72.34 (talk) 19:12, 8 March 2014 (UTC)
- "Stardrive" and similar is often used in science-fiction for interstellar spaceships' propulsion systems. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 15:26, 9 March 2014 (UTC)
- Both Stardrive and Star Drive are currently redirects to Star*Drive. There are existing articles for:
- Faster-than-light
- Hyperdrive
- Jump drive, with redirects from:
- Warp drive

- Support move to Star Drive or StarDrive per WP:MOS-TM unless the title is pronounced "Star Star Drive," in which case that should be the title. Dekimasuよ! 23:14, 11 March 2014 (UTC)
- Support as the request. Bandy boy (talk) 11:29, 21 March 2014 (UTC)
- Weak oppose as per the notes above about other uses of "star drive" -- but weak, because the other options already redirect here. --SarekOfVulcan (talk) 13:22, 21 March 2014 (UTC)
- Support per MOS:TM, with a preference for the move as proposed. No objections to camel case, however. --BDD (talk) 23:45, 24 March 2014 (UTC)
