What is meant by "practical lordship"? edit

What meaning is "the practical lordship of Jesus Christ" trying to convey? To me this makes no sense whatsoever. Is this some kind of inhouse Evangelical expression? What is meant by "practical lordship" rather than just "lordship"? Afterwriting (talk) 11:03, 7 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

Why not disambiguation? edit

Is this really the main thing one thinks of when looking for SATS? Shouldn't it default to the disambiguation page? Torak (talk) 06:17, 6 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Possibly ... what do you think of as being first? The "SAT" is rarely pluralized :-) (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 13:23, 6 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
To be honest, none of the things at SATS_(disambiguation) really stick out, so I'd just have it default to that page. In Britain, "Sats" usually refers to blood oxygen saturation, but other than that I'd say they're all either obscure or highly local. Even here in South Africa, for instance, I suspect the Superman animated series is more well known. :-) Torak (talk) 15:49, 6 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
The blood-oxygen saturation is already mentioned at the disambig page for SATs .. of the remaining topics, this one gets the most overall hits, and I have actually often heard people refer to the school as "SATS" - the rest are simple acronyms (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 16:06, 6 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
Well, it would get most hits - it's the default page for SATS, after all. It got a hit from me, for a start. ;-)
I'm not suggesting that blood ox should be the default, or the Superman thing for that matter - just that the disambiguation page should be. Torak (talk) 21:46, 6 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

The outlay edit

I am trying to get more information, e.g, study fees per couirse at SATS, but cannot find anything. Why don't you do a reader friendly outlay. Reading or getting info should not be such a challenge, B Th degree Willie Coetzee — Preceding unsigned comment added by 105.249.185.139 (talk) 21:02, 31 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

That would not be permitted on an encyclopedia - why not just follow the links to the website for the school? (✉→BWilkins←✎) 21:12, 31 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
