Didn't "Planet Earth (1974)" have a similar plot?
No, there are no men in the future wolrd (almost no), no rebel. The movie is antitotalitarian.

Alternative title: Nowe Amazonki
editIt was widely circulated under the title of "Nowe Amazonki" in the communist bloc. This title was displayed in Polish in other countries, so it must have originated from the original studio.
