Why is this hidden away with redlinks at Winfield Scott Moore, Winfield Scott Moore III, Winfield Moore, and no disambiguation at Scott Moore? Gene Nygaard (talk) 17:17, 23 January 2009 (UTC)

The redlinks can stand, as no one knows him by those names. the disambig is fixed to include him now.Mercurywoodrose (talk) 05:48, 20 October 2012 (UTC)

Picture

I added a picture of Mr. Moore (granted it had his other bandmates in it) to his article, which mind you already was used on another article, so it's not like there was a copyright issue.

It was taken down promptly. That's fine, but having no picture of a music legend on a wiki page is shameful.

Removal of addition by Jeff Schrembs

I Just removed additions by Jeff Schrembs for the following reasons. First, additions such as that the weather was hot during the 1954 first sessions, and that Moore bought bottles of soda drinks work well in a book but are not necessary in a concise encyclopedic article. Second, the additions duplicate information already present, such as that Moore initially worked as Presley's manager when his career started to take off. This indicates to me that someone is not genuinely trying to improve this article but is merely trying to use it as a platform to promote his own books.MackyBeth (talk) 09:50, 7 July 2016 (UTC)

Hi, I have a nice photo from 1999 with Scotty Moore DJ Fontana and George Harrison in Friar Park England. This photo is froom Google. Is it possible to upload it ? I try to upload it but I only get errors. This is not a pic that is private its a public pic. The Photo was made public to everyone in 2016 when Scotty Moore died.
