The information about Dimitri Ivanovich Dimitrihoff being Alexander (RUBE) Schauers birth name is incorrect. He is my Uncle and I have the family bible. I am not sure how this information was circulated, but is is incorrect and needs to be removed.
Take your complaint to Baseball-reference.com. They are generally very accurate, but can make mistakes. It still is no reason to delete the article. Correct the mistakes and link to the retrosheet.org page, which has Alexander John Schauer. Baseball-Almanac.com also lists Dimitri Ivanovich Dimitrihoff as his birthname.
