Best period for eating edit

I'm somewhat confused by the two sentences: "The optimal period to savour this cheese is between May and September after it has been aged six to eight weeks. It is also excellent from March to December." Perhaps it would be better to include just one of them i.e. just include the optimal period?Jimjamjak (talk) 07:41, 26 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
