IMO, this article has many significant coverages in Chinese language reliable sources from the major Chinese media. He was clearly notable in his field and he had won many national competitions (already sourced in the article). When the sources are in Chinese language, it does not mean that he is not notable. If you can't read the Chinese language sources? please use the Google web-translation.So I think there is no notability problem. Please kindly nominate for deletion if you disagree. Thank you.
