"BBC Two, 10pm The third series ends with a treacle-dark delight, as is traditional - think back to the superb closers of series one and two, The Harrowing and Séance Time. The set-up is pure Agatha Christie - six unconnected strangers are invited to a creepy art installation and begin to get bumped off - the tone is pure Reece Shearsmith and Steve Pemberton. The guest turns are wonderful: Felicity Kendal as a snooty blind woman, Morgana Robinson as a bird-brained Big Brother contestant and, in particular, Fiona Shaw as a dotty dinner lady. Series four cannot come soon enough. CB"^[1]

The Neil character in the very beginning shows that he's working with NHS. Two episodes before there were controversies about the "RIPNHS" nina, which turned out to be a coincidence.
