Paul Chan and wife fined for defamation edit
The Secretary for Development, Paul Chan, and his wife Frieda, have been fined HK$230,000 by the High Court after a jury found them guilty of defamation. The court heard earlier that Mr and Mrs Chan sent emails to the Chinese International School three years ago claiming its former head boy, Jonathan Lu, and his twin sister, Caitlin, had cheated in a test. They also claimed that their father Carl, who was a governor at the school, had helped to cover up the matter.

– According to research in Bing News and Google News, sources use proposed titles for Hong Kong and Macau politicians... I mean, HK ex-politician and Macau incumbent politician. - Support using the local English style for the region, as Hong Kong is an English-speaking locality with a local style. The artist is American, and is known as an artist after moving there, so would use a different style if it were to be renamed.
