Talk:Nir Eyal

Contested deletion edit

This page should not be speedily deleted because the subject meets the notability threshold, the information is presented in what I hope is neutral point of view, and as a stub page it is meant to be an entry myself and others can improve upon. Does that address why the page was nominated for deletion? In the message it said something about how the entry I published is "substantially identical" to a previously published entry, but I haven't seen the entry that was deleted to find out if it is similar or not, or what to specifically address in that regard. I would assume that in cases like this there are bound to be similarities because the facts about a given subject don't really change. Is that a correct assumption? --Scruitineer (talk) 17:53, 5 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation page edit

A Disambiguation page is needed because this 'Nir Eyal' is overshadowed by 'Nir Eyal, bioethicist' from Oxford/Harvard/Rutgers. MaynardClark (talk) 12:42, 30 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

@MaynardClark: If there are only two articles, we need to determine who is more well known as they should occupy this page title, with a {{about}} used to point to the other. Dab pages are only needed when there are more than two articles. SmartSE (talk) 12:53, 30 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
OK. I listed both 'Nir Eyal' articles in the 'Eyal' dab page under surnames. MaynardClark (talk) 13:28, 30 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
