Title grammar edit

Is it "My God Is the Sun" or "My God is the Sun"? Proper title formatting would have the latter, but if it's an artistic choice to have "is" capitalised, then that's fine. MisterMorton (talk) 15:22, 12 May 2013 (UTC)Reply

I created the page at the latter, but it was moved to the former. It would seem that the "is" is capitalized by artistic license. – Muboshgu (talk) 16:57, 12 May 2013 (UTC)Reply
It's not artistic license, but Wikipedia policy. Check out WP:ALBUMCAPS: "Note that short verbs (Is, Are, Be, Do) and pronouns (Me, It, His) are capitalized." — Mayast (talk) 19:18, 7 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

Commercial single or promo single? (or perhaps none of the above?) edit

There's something that bugs me about calling this (and "I Sat by the Ocean") a "single". I mean, it's had no commercial CD release (I've seen promo CDs/bootlegs on eBay), it's never been actually released by itself (i.e. iTunes hasn't listed as a separate release; it's only available if you buy it off the album. Apart from this and simply getting the album, I don't see anywhere you can get this song) and it has no b-sides (although that probably means jack shit, there's probably plenty of singles with no b-sides). Now, I'm not going to it change to "promo single" or "song" just yet because I'm still not decided on it, but I wanted to check on what you guys think. I've had a look at WP:SINGLE?, but I'm still not entirely sure on whether "My God Is the Sun" or "I Sat by the Ocean" actually count as singles. I'm not sure either, but have in mind that "My God Is the Sun"'s release date is 8 April and ...Like Clockwork was released on 3 June. I haven't checked iTunes in that 2 months between these releases, but I think it's possible that the song was released as a digital single, and later, when the album was released, it was taken off the website. Especially that it charted in April (eg. Billboard Alternative Songs).
I think the question is more difficult with "I Sat by the Ocean". I was the creator of that article and I was specifically searching for sources confirming its release as a single before I created it, so all I could find is either in the song's article (like the first ref) or the album's.
I would go with "My God Is a Sun" being a single, and "I Sat by the Ocean" being either a single or a promo single (if we won't be able to find any more sources). — Mayast (talk) 19:15, 7 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
