Great source

Might or might not qualify for inclusion as an external link, but in any event parking it here for now: [1]. EEng (talk) 03:39, 4 November 2015 (UTC)

Yoo-Hoo! Is anybody there?

Twelve months ago a well-intentioned editor made a small change to the lead sentence, and left the message "wrong word". No, it was the right word. The change meant that it was no longer the heroes who are in danger of being forgotten but the persons who were rescued (or who the heroes attempted to rescue). If you are watching this, you need to be more vigilant.

wrong if you read it out loud it does not sound like that. -- some IP's comment

List of tablets on the Memorial to Heroic Self SacrificeMemorial to Heroic Self Sacrifice – The article has plenty to say about the entire memorial, I'm not sure why it has the "List of..." title, which makes it sound like there's another, separate article about the memorial itself (but I can't see that this was ever the case). • Rename to Memorial to Heroic Self-Sacrifice. I've long thought that the "List of..." is unnecessary, and the hyphen is included in the titles of these two books on the memorial. Ham II (talk) 17:47, 16 August 2018 (UTC)
  • Support Memorial to Heroic Self-Sacrifice per Ham II. bd2412 T 11:32, 17 August 2018 (UTC)

  • Support in theory but NOT without other changes. As it stands, the Postman's Park article includes a section with more detail on this subject than this article. I suggest that either this article is trimmed and used simply to list the tablets, or, the text from Postman's Park is moved here and this article is named as suggested. @Iridescent: As the main contributor to both the list and the main Postman's Park article, would you like to weigh in on this? Ham II (talk) 21:20, 28 August 2018 (UTC)
  • Comment if this stops being a list, be sure to remove the featured list tag. I doubt the current state of the article would get a FA as the lead section has information (basically all of it) that is not present in the article violating MOS:LEAD (which the list might in-fact also be doing, but I'm unsure how FL assessment works). --Gonnym (talk) 19:31, 2 September 2018 (UTC)

  • Support. As appeared to be the majority conclusion in the above RM. -- Necrothesp (talk) 14:06, 7 November 2018 (UTC)
  • Comment Maybe we should get the hyphen-endash Nazis to vet this first. ;P EEng 01:47, 8 November 2018 (UTC)
