Mary queen of scots haunting edit

Her freedom was short-lived however, and Mary ended up prisoner at Loch Leven Castle, where her spirit is said to have lingered, long after another great escape. http://news.scotsman.com/spookystories/Haunted-trail-of-Mary-Queen.2684937.jp — Preceding unsigned comment added by 46.208.26.179 (talk) 16:17, 9 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Loch Leven or Lochleven Castle? edit

This article title is Loch Leven Castle but the more common usage seems to be Lochleven castle. This is the usage of Historic Scotland who run the site. [1] It is also in Fraser, Antonia. (1970) Mary Queen of Scots as Lochleven. Looking at the internet it is only less reputable sources that use Loch Leven Castle. Does anyone know why the article is titled as it is?--Jhood1 (talk) 11:14, 21 September 2016 (UTC)Reply

Yes, the name of the castle is "Lochleven Castle".Unoquha (talk) 22:36, 21 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
I have changed the name of article back to the usual name of the castle, Lochleven Castle. There had been evident confusion with the name of surrounding body of water, which is called Loch Leven. The name "Loch Leven Castle" is not used.Unoquha (talk) 13:59, 26 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for doing this, Unoquha. Richard Nevell (talk) 13:53, 31 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
