Naruto on Nicktoons?

I never heard that Naruto will be on Nicktoons. I'm wondering if it will be on the channel very soon. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.191.56.202 (talk) 20:32, 14 January 2014 (UTC)

Digimon Season 3

I was wondering that if Digimon Tamers is airing on Nicktoons after the original Digimon. I hope so. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.191.56.202 (talk) 02:53, 5 January 2014 (UTC)

Dink, the Little Dinosaur

I'm only going to say this once. Dink, the Little Dinosaur does not air on Nicktoons Network, it airs on Boomerang, and if others persist in adding false information to this page or to the Dink page, then I will ask for protection for either this or both pages (depending on where it happens the most). This is my first, last, and only warning. So, with all due respect to everyone here, stop it, please. Brittany Ka (talk) 13:32, 11 March 2008 (UTC)

Pokemon?

Can anybody explain please why there is a small message about Pokemon not airing on Nicktoons Network?  Spottedstripe(Talk2Me) 14:28, 25 June 2008 (UTC)

Phineas and ferb?

For some reason, Phineas and Ferb is listed as coming soon, however Phineas and Ferb is a Disney cartoon, If there is some type of proof of Nickelodeon getting rights to P+F, please reply to this. Shuriken School

Hey, I was just poking around and saw that Shuriken School was under former shows, however, it says on the show's main page that itt is still airing on Nicktoons Network. Clarify then fix. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Chazzmcspazz (talkcontribs) 19:48, 13 January 2009 (UTC)

Merge

I think this page should be redirected to Nicktoons. NewYorkCity101 (talk) 12:30, 3 October 2009 (UTC)

It can't. The Nicktoons cartoon series article based there as the primary topic takes all precedence over the network. This title is fine. Nate (chatter) 18:59, 3 October 2009 (UTC)

Sonic X On Nicktoons?

future programing

Is any of this information for future programming accurate? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Cyclone39 (talkcontribs) 00:41, 11 May 2009 (UTC)

i hope so! "Pelswick" hasn't been on in years! but with "Martin Mystery", it says "June 29th, 2009" but i'm currently looking on my tv's program guide & i'm not seeing it on any schedule anywhere, but it really would be nice to have some of the old nicktoons back and as the guy in a topic above said "Bring it back! Bring!"--69.19.137.91 (talk) 07:19, 27 June 2009 (UTC)

Invader ZIM not listed anywhere

Invader Zim is not listed anywhere, i know it was removed from the future programs list because of a lack of proof but shouldn't it now be listed under the past programs? 76.246.198.216 (talk) 19:23, 30 May 2010 (UTC) Yes and I will add it. --Caldorwards4 (talk) 20:10, 30 May 2010 (UTC)

Page Redesign?

Should we redesign the page so it's more like other pages like the "List of programs broadcast by Nickelodeon" page? i think it would look good & it would be easier to find shows on the list, but It's just an idea. EpiSonic (talk) 20:28, 5 July 2010 (UTC)

I agree. There's additional information on that page which this one lacks. Transmission dates for instance. Digifiend (talk) 15:29, 29 July 2010 (UTC)
All right, so any chance we could get started on this soon? EpiSonic (talk) 23:57, 29 July 2010 (UTC)

Thugaboo

I remember Thugaboo airing on nicktoons a couple times, it even says so on It's page. I know they were specials & that's why I'm asking if this should be added to the "Former Programs" list. EpiSonic (talk) 02:45, 11 November 2010 (UTC)

Rush Zone

Rush Zone: Guardians of the Core is, in fact, an existent current program. So what if it has a run time of only two minutes? It is still a television series. The Nicktoons website even has a page for it. 98.66.8.228 (talk) 19:35, 13 November 2010 (UTC)

"Coming Soon" & "Returns"

Ok, I've seen a lot of this same info up on this page a lot & I've asked if there's a source that confirms this, Please if this information about these shows returning provide the source that proves it. Any info from ToonZone that is put up on this page must link the source that ToonZone got it from & not ToonZone it's self because we all know people spread rumors & false info & we don't need falso info on here. Thank You. EpiSonic (talk) 08:56, 29 November 2010 (UTC)

Teenage Robot Back On NickToons TV?

Since when did My Life as a Teenage Robot return to Nicktoons? I don't see it on the TV schedule listings. So why the hell is it on the "current" list!? Wrong Shows on the List

Okay, I'm sick of seeing shows that are clearly Cartoon Network shows (Cow & Chicken, Johnny Bravo) or otherwise on any of the lists. They were never on the channel, and they never will be.

Now you're talking! "My Life as a Teenage Robot" is back on the "current" list, but I don't see it on the TV schedule listings. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.214.234.124 (talk) 23:52, 29 November 2011 (UTC)

  • Is there any source that proves this? EpiSonic (talk) 04:16, 2 November 2010 (UTC)
I don't even that it's even possible. January 3 of the new year is either the day were the great shows return, or they're just stressin' us out. Is there proof? If there is, somebody reply me. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.243.23.219 (talk) 00:00, 22 December 2010 (UTC)

Kappa Mikey, Secret Show ending

Ok, do we have any REAL refrences to prove that the contract to air Kappa Mikey & The Secret Show are ending in March 2011 & that Doug, Hey Arnold, etc are being brought back? —Preceding unsigned comment added by EpiSonic (talkcontribs) 19:41, 22 September 2010 (UTC)

Agree. If there are valid links to press releases, schedules, web pages, or other official/credible sources, then they should be indicated. Otherwise, recommend removal and simply changing program statuses as they happen.
Note that other pages (for example, the Doug show page) have the same, unverified information, so any action taken here (removal or sourcing) should be replicated on those pages as well.
Currently, the source of the dates appears to be recently-created speculative, fictional, or rumor-based posts on toonzone's Nicktoons channel forum, not official sources.
  • thanks, also i want to point out that there are some shows missing from the former shows list: The Ren & Stimpy Show, Wayside, The X's & i think a couple others. EpiSonic (talk) 21:23, 17 October 2010 (UTC)

"Do not add Invader Zim to current programming list" & schedule

I'm sorry, but whoever added that info & note is wrong. If you look at the schedule on the Nicktoons website, Invader ZIM airs at 2:00AM & 2:30AM EST. I know that the schedule for Nicktoons has been really weird lately, but I'd appreciate it if programs wouldn't be moved to the former programming list unless the show has either obviously not aired in a long time or if it does not appear on any recent schedule for the channel. Anything going against this without proof needs to be removed when someone sees it's been added. Thank you, just trying to keep the page free of false info. Perfunctory discussion

There are three references for the entirety of this article, which was created 7 1/2 years ago. There are a ton of date ranges that are unsupported in any way. The content likely doesn't meet WP:V and per WP:BURDEN, the onus is on the contributor, or the person restoring the content to provide references. This latest content is unsourced and was challenged. I respect Electricburst1996's contributions and hard work, but I don't think this reversion is sound, and consensus for excluding the content already exists in policy cited above. At some point we need to either start demanding references for this questionable content or remove it altogether. Allowing the continuous addition of unsourced date ranges does nothing to strengthen these flimsy "list of programs" articles, as there is zero presumption that any of the content is accurate in any way. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 23:17, 19 May 2015 (UTC)

IMO, I think we need a second opinion on the matter. ElectricBurst(Electron firings)(Zaps) 21:29, 20 May 2015 (UTC)
WP:V is clear: All material in Wikipedia mainspace, including everything in articles, lists and captions, must be verifiable. All quotations, and any material whose verifiability has been challenged or is likely to be challenged, must include an inline citation that directly supports the material. Any material that needs a source but does not have one may be removed. Three citations is grossly inadequate for this article. If there is any content that is questionable, it should be tagged with {{citation needed}} or removed until sourced content is added. In articles such as this I've usually found it to be the case that if it isn't sourced after a month, it's unlikely to ever be sourced, so anything that I do tag is generally gone after a month. In this specific case it's editorial discretion as to whether it's immediately removed or not but, in the even that an editor removes it, it should not be restored without a citation from a reliable source. --AussieLegend () 05:58, 21 May 2015 (UTC)
The article has had an "ADD MOER REFRNZS" template since March 2014, which hasn't sparked any commitment to WP:V. Do we even need date ranges? For most series, wouldn't the first-run air dates be sufficient if sourced in the unique articles? Just a thought. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 06:16, 21 May 2015 (UTC)
In the old days of the ridiculous "International broadcast" tables, if this happened I'd add a "Source(s)" column to the table and add {{citation needed}} to every individual entry, then delete any that had no source after a month or so. While the citation needed tags were in place, any unsourced additions were removed immediately. After the subsequent pruning of the entries that had no sources after a month, any unsourced additions were removed as soon as they were detected. This proved to be an efficient way to keep unsourced crap out of articles. --AussieLegend () 07:40, 21 May 2015 (UTC)
I don't know how anybody looks at a page like this and places any faith in the content being submitted. Where did it come from? How many vandals have come through since it was first added? When the IPv6 editor made the addition, what documentation was he looking at that led him to that determination? Especially for something as non-noteworthy as reruns. He just happens to remember when the show began airing and ended? Nicktoons is basically a burner channel. It'd be a miracle if any announcements could be sourced for any of the content. I think a project-wide re-consideration of these types of list articles is warranted, but that's a discussion for another time. I will stress however, that without any source, the content in this article, and in similar articles, is absolutely of no encyclopedic value. Anybody starting off a research project who looked at this article would be a fool to begin here. This might be good enough for Wikia, but it's not good for Wikipedia. The strength of the content exists entirely in how well it is sourced. It is easy to demonstrate that a series aired on the channel, but when it stopped and started, especially since Nicktoons is generally a burn-off channel and a rerun channel, is a whoooole other story. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 06:16, 21 May 2015 (UTC)
Where did it come from? How many vandals have come through since it was first added? Two very important questions that justify a rigid policy of removing unsourced content in these articles. --AussieLegend () 07:40, 21 May 2015 (UTC)

All live-action Nickelodeon shows on Nicktoons needs to go!!

I don't understand yet what is the need to add live-actions to a channel that should only broadcast animated series, as its name implies, is Nicktoons, not Nick live-actions, if for that already exists another channel that fulfills that function, it's TeenNick, that's why I say that live-action should not go on this channel, they must disappear urgently from programming, because they corrupt the barrier of what should be the channel, Cartoon Network and Disney XD did it because they should, Then why does Nicktoons not do the same? Some of the live-actions they broadcast there do not meet the target channel, which must be boys between 8 and 12 years of age, such as The Thundermans and Bella and the Bulldogs, if broadcast more than once in the TeenNick channel, what's the fucking idea of having them on Nicktoons too? For this is that they leave of the programming several of the well-known animated series of Nick, that before they had in the channel, that is why several of Nick's well-known animated series, which used to be on the channel, come out of the programming, so I say that live-action have to leave the channel forever, so that it can trace its roots back to Used to be 15 years ago when the channel was founded, a channel of classic and modern Nickelodeon animations shows, the other international versions of the channel already did it, why does not the American version of the channel also do? Situation ?, spread it and share it so that they realize how serious this channel is becoming, which seems to be about to dissolve. --SANCAN112 (talk) 00:46, 19 March 2017 (UTC)

MayDay!

This article appears to have been extensively vandalised. No less than 22 programs have the Premiere date 1 May 2002, but just checking the first two entries SpongeBob SquarePants premiered on 1 May 1999 and The Fairly OddParents on 30 March 2001. 46.208.78.215 (talk) 17:43, 11 July 2018 (UTC)

Pretty sure it's correct as written. The network itself began in 2002, see Nicktoons. Those shows did premiere prior to that date, just not on this network. ‑‑ElHef (Meep?) 17:59, 11 July 2018 (UTC)

Christmas episodes on Nicktoons

In 2 weeks, Nicktoons is airing Christmas episodes of Invader Zim, The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, Back at the Barnyard, Sanjay and Craig, and Breadwinners. In fact, the Jimmy Neutron Christmas episode is airing twice that week. Usually when a show is showing upcoming airings, I usually put it into the current programming since that would mean that the previous last air dates are now outdated and they shouldn't be on the page anymore as it's no longer necessary. I've done this before and have had no problem and yet for some reason, my edits now seem to get reverted even though I'm following the schedule on Zap2It constantly. One-time/Special Programming Section

Given the recent trend of bringing programming over from other networks to Nicktoons, suggest adding a section for "one-time" programs/programming blocks that have been broadcast on Nicktoons, but do not as yet have a spot in the regular schedule. Examples of this would be iCarly, True Jackson, VP and Victorious, all of which appeared on Nicktoons on June 27, 2010 as part of the "Beyond Belief" block. If the show later becomes part of the schedule, it can be moved to the appropriate section.
