Talk:List of monastic houses in London

Bentley Priory/Friary

I am not an expert on religious orders, but according to the Victoria County History at [1] Bentley Priory was a house of Augustinian Canons headed by a prior, so how can it be wrong to describe it as a priory? I see that it is listed as occupied by friars, so maybe I should have changed this to canons as well as the name to Priory. Dudley Miles (talk) 14:12, 24 September 2011 (UTC)
