Romanization
Love the shop but I have always been confused by the romanization Kam Man (for 金門). Cantonese would be gam1 mun4 and Kinmen archipelago (Quemoy) is Kim1-Mng5 in Min Nan - so, where does the second [a] come from? Another 方言?
