Notability

edit

This entry was previously deleted because the subject did not meet the criteria for inclusion. Simply having a famous sibling, and father does not merit inclusion. Haven has no notable achievements and his film roles and involvement are obscure at best. Since the page was re-posted, no significant changes in Haven's "notability" have taken place, not has the page provided any substantiative support or citation that this has changed in any way at all. What should I do?

Don't panic; deletions can take a little longer at Commons than they do on Wikipedia. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion (although please review Commons guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.

  • If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
  • If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.
  • If the image has already been deleted you may want to try Commons Undeletion Request

Kissing his sister

edit

AS far as I know, the only reason most people know James Haven exists is because the inevitable "scandal" that the tabloids cooked up when his famous sister kissed him on the lips at the Oscars and said "I'm so in love with my brother right now" (because obviously that can ONLY mean a statement of incestuous romance and nothing else...). That would seem to me the primary reason for considering this individual notable, and the primary reason for anyone looking him up. Yet it says nothing t all about it on here. How is this?
