editWhat the hell? Cricket in 2007 shouldn't include January should it? Certainly not matches from 2006. Is the World Cup deemed to be in the 2007 season or not, I always forget whether the season begins in April or May. Tony2Times 01:36, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
- As I understand, 2007 international season is paralel to the English domestic season. This year, the county championship begin April 18 and last till September 22. Since the World Cup start in March it should belong to 2006-07 season, and it continues till the end of April, so effectively the 2007 season start in May. The last event of the season is the T20 World champ'ship in September. Tours that start after the T20 champ'ship will belong to 2007-08 season. At least this year, the two major int'l events clearly mark the season boundaries. It might not be such a clear cut on other years.--Nitsansh 01:03, 2 February 2007 (UTC)
I've just realised that World Twenty20 starts and ends in September, which is the month the '07/'08 season begins so I'm going to move it to to the next year. Someone will need to edit the info box at the bottom though as I'm not good with doing these.Tony2Times 17:08, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
