I removed the part that claimed "I Have A Dream" was a live recording, it wasn't. The single featured the normal studio version.

Fair use rationale for Image:I Have A Dream.jpg

edit

Image:I Have A Dream.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Why not commercially released in U.S.?

edit

"I Have A Dream" was not commercially released in the United States . . .

Is there any information on the marketing decision that resulted in the song not being released commercially in the U.S.? As popular as it became on the radio, it seems it would have generated a lot of business for the group. 66.234.220.195 (talk) 20:37, 23 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Westlife version

edit

So far, it occupies the 47th biggest Christmas number-one single in UK.

What exactly does this mean?--Tuzapicabit (talk) 23:26, 8 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Genre

edit
Given Westlife did not alter the foundation of the track, how does their version get to be teen pop and Abba just plain pop in genre sections? Surely genre should be one and the same. The Hawk Spy (talk) 08:13, 17 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned references in I Have a Dream (song)

edit

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of I Have a Dream (song)'s orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "uksales":

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 10:52, 4 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
