Errors?
editSo why was all his research in error? Does anyone have a link? Charles Merriam (talk) 04:19, 26 April 2010 (UTC)
- Wow, how did I not notice that wierd denigration that was added way back in 2005? Looks like this guy has a POV to push. Dicklyon (talk) 00:18, 27 April 2010 (UTC)
ASA Gold
editIn 1961, he received the Acoustical Society of America's highest award, the gold medal. Funfree (talk) 23:28, 26 May 2014 (UTC)
- The society also has a medal named after him, the Von Bekesy Medal. Funfree (talk) 00:36, 27 May 2014 (UTC)
Austrian?
editHe is put into two interesting categories: "Austrian untitled nobility" and "Austrian people of Hungarian descent". After some specialized research I can say the latter is surely not standing, he was never Austrian, not even by citizenship. Can someone tell us on what information is based the "Austrian untitled nobility"? Thanks (KIENGIR (talk) 22:41, 16 April 2015 (UTC))
