Some contradictory info on his death as one source said the cops killed him. Anyway he seems maybe as or more notable than the actor Georg Olden. I usually avoid creating articles that aren't in foreign language Wikis, but I was interested.--T. Anthony (talk) 03:59, 12 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

I don't know if he's more notable than the actor, but the traffic stats will tell the tale. If this article actually gets a decent number of hits by this time next month (and not just a handful), then I'll move the actor page and make the name a disambiguation page. I would just do it, but it requires redirecting every backlink that links to the actor and I'm not in the mood to deal with it right now (especially if it turns out this page only pulls in 20% or 30% of the monthly hits the other page gets). --- Crakkerjakk (talk) 11:01, 12 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
Yeah I may have went too far. "George Olden" with actor gets a few thousand more hits than it does pared with the word "designer." Although it's not overwhelmingly greater. Anyway I was maybe just thinking how Wikipedia is sometimes weak on business figures and it sounded like this guy won major awards or what not.--T. Anthony (talk) 11:07, 12 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
No question, this designer would appear to be more historically important in the scheme of things, but I was just referring to notability in the sense of interest/traffic to the page (since the actor's page has been rated "C-class", Wikipedia's criteria for "notability" has already been met). I'm not quick to use Google hits for a particular term/phrase to measure popularity either (since people searching for an actor may search his name with the title of one of his films or television series, and people searching for the graphic designer may use other adjacent terms as well), but Wikipedia's traffic stats will tell us exactly how much interest there is on this page and, by inference, how important it will be that I re-title/re-link all the pages that point to the actor. --- Crakkerjakk (talk) 11:29, 12 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
Follow up: I've taken a look at the traffic stats and this bio appears to be picking up its fair share of traffic, so I've moved the actor bio to Georg Olden (actor) and now made Georg Olden a disambiguation page which points to both. --- Crakkerjakk (talk) 08:05, 3 August 2012 (UTC)Reply
