- The term four-engined bomber links to heavy bomber. Shooting down a four-engined bomber was considered a noteworthy achievement among German fighter pilots. Does this answer help? MisterBee1966 (talk) 10:05, 9 December 2015 (UTC)
References to Knight's Cross
editI have reverted this deletion because the sources may differ on the details of the Knight's Cross (and its higher grades). The citations at the end of a bullet list is not Wikipedia:Citation overkill and does not clutter readability. In addition, three citations passed the military history A-class review. theCheers MisterBee1966 (talk) 05:31, 7 January 2017 (UTC)
