I had the pleasure to be invited to a friday lunch club at the Copthorne Hotel Birmingham,by Gray Promotions, the main attraction being Ernie Shavers, a most modest person who scored 67 K Os in 76 wins,to listen of his ups and downs for almost 1hour was one of the highlights of my boxing career, which stretchs back 60 years.Regards to all the boxingman
