Hi Harsh0412nika, to follow up on our discussion on your talk page, the article currently includes Iran Human Rights as a source, which states, "Esmailzadeh was born on 2 July 2006". This source does not support text that states her birthdate is 31 March 2006 [1]; [2]; [3].
Another source that says her birthday is 2 July is the National Council of Resistance of Iran in a post dated May 16, 2023. Harsh0412nika, there are policies on Wikipedia to include verifiable content, based on reliable sources, and no original research. At this time, all of the sources I have found state that her birth date was 2 July 2006. Do you have a source that can be linked to the article to state that her birth date was 31 March? I would appreciate it if you could post a source here to support the 31 March birth date. The source does not have to be in English. Thank you, Beccaynr (talk) 15:03, 6 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
I would like to tell you that you should collect the information because as per my sources the date of birth of Sarina's are 2006 March 31, Friday Birth Day and 2022 September 2023, Friday martyrdom and this date is clearly mentioned on her grave which is in Behesht Sakineh Karaj Cemetery , Alborz province, Iran Harsh0412nika (talk) 04:55, 7 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
Before this information can be added to the encyclopedia, we need a reliable source. At this time, there are three reliable sources that state her birth date was 2 July 2006. I removed the day and month because you have disputed the 2 July birth date, and I have asked you for sources, and I am considering where else to ask within Wikipedia for help with this research question. In the meantime, please do not continue to add 31 March without a source we can add in a citation at the end of the sentence. Thank you, Beccaynr (talk) 05:04, 7 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
To add the information, we will need to cite this with reliable sources in the article. At this time, the available reliable sources verify her birth date as 2 July 2006. To add conflicting information to the article, we need a published, reliable source with a different birth date. With respect to the concern you have raised, the article has been changed to make her birth date more general, but at some point we will need a published, reliable source that can be added to the article to show that conflicting claims about her birth date exist. Please let me know if you have further questions. Thank you, Beccaynr (talk) 17:14, 26 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
This needs to be documented by a reliable source, according to Wikipedia policies and guidelines, including Verifiability and No original research. If there is a reliable source that shows her official grave where the date is clearly mentioned, this can be added to the article. The blue links in my comment explain more about the policies and guidelines, and there are dispute resolution options available. Thank you, Beccaynr (talk) 20:35, 26 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
