China's peace plan → China's Position on the Political Settlement of the Ukrainian Crisis – Reliable sources don't shorten the plan's name this much, the title is unprecise and ambiguous, I propose using the official name of the document, I haven't seen any other name used by sources and a descriptive title by us would likely be just as long.
