Source inconsistencies edit

[1] states that he married his second wife in 1903 and she died 1906, but [2] states married Jan. 26, 1904 and died Oct. 29, 1905. I'm going with the latter since it's a more specific date. The former also (I think?) misspells "Louisa" as "Louise".

[3] states 55th Massachusetts Infantry Regiment, which is likely inaccurate since it was an African American regiment; several other sources state 45th, so going with that.

One source from the scrapbook says he died July 12, 1937, but since everywhere else says the 11th, going with that.

The Churchill obit says he taught biblical literature for seven years (unspecified start/end date), but the Yale Bulletin says 1888–1899. I'm going with "between 1888 and 1899", which is intentionally a little ambiguous; perhaps he took some years off in the middle. {{u|Sdkb}}talk 00:53, 18 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
