This article was one of a few dozen that may have been targeted for biased editing. I took a look at it today, and removed one section which looked questionable. If anyone has questions, please see Talk:Franco-Mongol alliance#List of articles for review. --Elonka 01:03, 9 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Requested move 07 October 2016

edit
The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review. No further edits should be made to this section.

The result of the move request was: Moved to Amalric, Lord of Tyre. One participant and the proposer agree that "Lord" of Tyre is a viable solution, while "Prince" of Tyre is an incorrect and unsuitable title for this article. Other points made below may still require more discussion. (non-admin closure)  Paine  u/c 18:18, 30 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

This is a contested technical request (permalink). Anthony Appleyard (talk) 04:16, 7 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
Thank you. Amalric of Lusignan. Borsoka (talk) 02:39, 7 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
Amalric of Lusignan previously redirected to Aimery of Cyprus, so that appears to be controversial, and should be discussed first through an WP:RM discussion on the article's talk page. - BilCat (talk) 02:46, 7 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
Thank you, even if it would not have been a controversial move. If you look at the only page wich directed to Amalric of Lusignan, you will find that it also used an other name (Amaury) ([1]). Should I take any further technical measures now? Borsoka (talk) 02:58, 7 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
