unnecessary translation
"Grilled food in Akashi" is an ultra-literal translation of the kanji and offers no real help to the understanding what Akashi-yaki is. Same goes for the "grilled egg." If there must be a translation in English “Akashi style takoyaki” or “Akashi style octopus dumpling” would be more appropriate. The “grilled egg” should be omitted.
