Just to start with the section description: that was based on listings and reviews. Not on in-depth sources. Beside that, a menu overview adds nothing, certainly not to a closed restaurant. Did they have Michelin stars? Or other important national or international awards (not listings in a list of best restaurant of a certain place by a local newspaper)?
