Extensive Changes edit

Why has the format of this article been changed? It was written in the same way as the 2011 World Cup squads article, and provided more information about the players. Having only the player names listed is pointless, as it doesn't give fans any information about the people, without having to trawl through each player's individual Wikipedia articles.

I propose a reversion to the style of the article yesterday, as of when I added the Irish team, with information on DoB, ODIs played, type of bowler, and team played for. Joseph2302 (talk) 12:20, 6 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Featured List candidate edit

I did a few things to the article today, as it's a Featured List candidate.

(1). Made the date format all the same. For teams announcing 15-man squads, I kept the year (since some teams did it in late 2014), but for withdrawals/call-ups, I removed the year 2015 (which only a few of them had).
(2). Squad numbers for Mohammad Nabi and Najibullah Zadran seem to occasionally get changed to 07 and 01, which there's no evidence for, so I changed them back to 7 and 1.
(3). Slightly reworded the lead, to make it sound better.
(4). Added a picture of the MCG, because it looks better than blank space. I was also thinking of adding a picture of the winning captain (McCullum/Clarke/Dhoni) after Sunday's final.

If people want to discuss changes, feel free to do it here. Joseph2302 (talk) 13:20, 25 March 2015 (UTC)Reply
