  • Delete all (and other categories mentioned), unnecessary and not a very useful typing aid for just a wikilink. S.A. Julio (talk) 18:12, 25 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
    • @S.A. Julio: As someone who edits A-League articles all the time, I find them a very useful typing aid. --SuperJew (talk) 13:23, 29 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete Umarghdunno (talk) 00:11, 26 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete all - not needed. GiantSnowman 07:42, 29 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep all They are useful as typing-aids and any accidental transclusions will be automatically substituted by a bot, same as Template:Nfa etc. --SuperJew (talk) 13:22, 29 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
    • SuperJew, Unlike {{nfa}}, {{nfa}} stands many by changing options while these templates only stands one. If you find these useful, I hope you can merge these into {{Aleagueteams}} and set many options. Hhkohh (talk) 13:40, 29 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
      • Hhkohh So then the solution would be merge, not delete. As it is I don't see the real issue with having them separate instead of merged, except for a few blips of storage data which is hardly meaningful difference. --SuperJew (talk) 13:51, 29 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment Notified WikiProject Football Australia Task Force. --SuperJew (talk) 13:28, 29 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I replaced the single use of this template, so that the portal page contains it own title. This is like the move to use fewer subpages in portals; similarly, unique single-use templates that hide how things work do more harm than good. Dicklyon (talk) 05:00, 25 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, a bit late to the party, but just wanted to note that Template:Entity formatting was created as supporting code in an attempt to port fr:Modèle:Bibliographie to enwiki. Since {{Cite Q}} provides similar capabilities, neither Template:Entity formatting nor the port of Modèle:Bibliographie was needed. Peaceray (talk) 16:57, 5 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
