  1. TumbleSeed

Since TumbleSeed became a Good Article last month I decided to start up a supp nom for this to include it into the topic. GamerPro64 21:23, 19 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

M.I.A. albums (4th supplementary nomination) edit

  1. AIM (album)

AIM (album) needs to be added to the topic..... -- ChrisTheDude (talk) 11:48, 30 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support. The Rambling Man (talk) 01:29, 11 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support as good topic The addition of a 9th article will bring it to 5 GA, 4 FL/FA, dropping it below the threshold of Featured Topic. No prejudice against a speedy re-promotion to FT once the balance of featured content again rises above 50%. Jclemens (talk) 03:04, 17 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Whoops, due to an oversight on my part, I was counting the new article twice. Will be 4/4, still FT eligible. Jclemens (talk) 01:11, 18 April 2017 (UTC) [reply]
  • Support. Aoba47 (talk) 15:57, 18 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment - Is there a reason the mixtapes are included but the EP's are not? Kees08 (Talk) 19:33, 27 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
    • An EP is not an album. The How Many Votes Fix Mix EP, for example, only has 10 minutes of music, which means that, had it sold enough copies, it would have charted on the singles chart (in the UK certainly). Ergo, it isn't an album and therefore falls outside the scope of the topic -- ChrisTheDude (talk) 20:28, 27 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
      • Yeah that makes sense. I was more asking if mixtapes were considered albums I suppose, is that what we have done historically? Kees08 (Talk) 20:37, 27 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
        • Dunno really - they are certainly long enough to be considered albums (PFT is nearly an hour long), so I suppose the only query would be their "semi-unofficial" status........? -- ChrisTheDude (talk) 20:40, 27 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Query - any reason why this hasn't been closed? It's been open for more than three months...... -- ChrisTheDude (talk) 11:28, 4 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Key video games (4th supplementary nomination) edit

This topic is already featured. It is being re-nominated to add additional items. See Wikipedia talk:Featured topics/Key video games for discussions of the topic's previous nominations. The additional items are:

  1. Harmonia (visual novel)
  2. Summer Pockets

I am nominating the addition of two new articles to the topic. The first is Harmonia (visual novel) which was recently promoted to GA. The second is Summer Pockets which is still unreleased, and does not have much information about it, although I was able to include some development information for the game, so instead of having to go through a formal peer review (which is likely not to get any comments anyway), I was thinking this nomination process could essentially double for that process to satisfy criterion 3(c). There is also the case of Angel Beats!, which had its first volume released back in 2015, but when I tried to nominate it for GA back then, the review failed on the basis that because it is an episodic game, the article will be ineligible for GA status until all six volumes are out (see the previous nomination). Although the second volume for the game still has yet to be announced, there's been no indication that the rest of the volumes have been cancelled, so that's why the article is still not at least a GA.-- 04:10, 8 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support even if it seems like it will take a while for Angel Beats! to get new content. igordebraga 00:36, 18 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • @Juhachi: Is anything known about the plot of Summer Pockets, beyond the setting and themes? If so, this needs to be added. The lead should also be expanded to summarize the article. Everything else looks good, so ping me when this is done and I'll support the GTC.--IDVtalk 08:00, 24 May 2017 (UTC) EDIT: I see the ANN reference used briefly mentions some of the characters and their motivations. Until we learn more, this can be added to the Setting section (which can then be renamed "Synopsis", "Plot", "Setting and characters", or something similar)--IDVtalk 08:05, 24 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
    • @IDV: Done.-- 22:02, 24 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Director comment - With the Doctor Strange movie out now I think that it should be worth bringing up in this sup nom too. GamerPro64 19:17, 9 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Doctor Strange cannot be nominated for GA until it is no longer playing in theaters. It will have until one month after its physical home media release to be nominated for a Good Article, at which point, should it pass, it will be added to this topic. - Favre1fan93 (talk) 19:44, 9 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
    • I know that. But it can be nominated for Peer Review to be included into the topic. 3.c in the criteria clears that up. GamerPro64 02:39, 10 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • I'm sorry, but what is the point of doing that, if we're still gong to have to wait until they are GAs anyways. Especially at this point, the peer review would essentially be the GA review, considering the state of the article. - Favre1fan93 (talk) 05:39, 10 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • It was just a suggestion so that another sup nom wouldn't be needed so soon. GamerPro64 14:06, 10 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Why not add PR of the post-production movies? Having a nomination come out every 3 months seems a bit excessive. Nergaal (talk) 07:02, 14 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Doctor Strange won't be nominated for at least 6 months, which would be the next one. But I can talk with other regular editors of these articles about PR-ing the post-production movies, so come May 2017, when Doctor Strange should be ready for GA nom, and before Guardians 2 releases, we could make one large nomination for those two, plus Spider-Man: Homecoming and Thor: Ragnarok. - Favre1fan93 (talk) 06:01, 15 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
