Thank you for your contributions. Please mark your edits, such as your recent edits to OnePlus, as "minor" only if they are minor edits. In accordance with Help:Minor edit, a minor edit is one that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes or rearrangement of text without modification of content. Additionally, the reversion of clear-cut vandalism and test edits may be labeled "minor". Thank you. Emir of Wikipedia (talk) 14:19, 23 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Jim1138. I noticed that in this edit to Draft:Selldretti, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jim1138 (talk) 11:12, 28 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

Please do not create new articles that you have been paid to write directly. Per WP:PAY, you should submit your drafts to Articles for Creation (AfC) so they can be reviewed by editors that don't have a COI. I have moved Derek Peterson back to draftspace and submitted it to AfC. Thanks. – Joe (talk) 13:10, 20 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

Sure. Will keep in mind going forward. How long does it normally take to get reviewed by an editor? Wikilover2604 (talk) 14:42, 20 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
It depends on the size of the backlog. At the moment we're very backed up, so probably a couple of months. – Joe (talk) 23:10, 20 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

NTT i3

edit

Please note that you do not get to simply move Draft:NTT i3 into articlespace yourself before it's reviewed by an AFC reviewer, especially given that you declared in your edit summary that it was a paid editing job. Being a subsidiary of another company that has a Wikipedia article is not, in and of itself, an automatic notability guarantee for a company, so you have to wait until somebody reviews the article and either approves it or gives you feedback on why they can't.   Please do not attack other editors, as you did at Shop A Docket. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. The Drover's Wife (talk) 20:15, 16 January 2018 (UTC)Reply

I sincerely apologise. I think my point was misunderstood or I did not communicated it accurately. I am here to learn. I do feel the article has not been written from a neutral point of view. Taking your point on board, I have tried to justify my point a little more. I appreciate your advice. Wikilover2604 (talk) 20:38, 16 January 2018 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Buchalter

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:Buchalter, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. -- RoySmith (talk) 17:00, 8 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hello, Wikilover2604. Thank you for helping to build Wikipedia-- the world's largest free content encyclopedia. I'm sorry, but  Draft:Buchalter has been deleted as meeting WP:CSD#G11. "This applies to pages that are exclusively promotional and would need to be fundamentally rewritten to conform with Wikipedia:NOTFORPROMOTION." These must be rewritten from scratch from "reliable, third party sources unconnected to the subject." See WP:RS.

Wikipedia:Identifying blatant advertising#Typical signs of blatant advertising contains information about content to avoid. For more information on content that may be perceived as promotional, click User:Dlohcierekim/promo. These are just rough guides. Pages can avoid all those pitfalls and still be glaringly obvious ad copy. Sometimes pages meeting WP:CSD#G11 give the appearance of an editor violating Wikipedia:Conflict of interest or WP:PAID. Please read and heed them if they apply to you. Please read Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations.

Wikipedia is an encyclopedia-- subjects must meet notability guidelines with reliable sources that are unconnected with the subject and providing verifiable information. That generally means someone unconnected with the subject needs to have written a great deal about the subject. Please see Wikipedia:Citing sources . Template:cite has templates you can use in citing your sources. Place the template {{references}} at the bottom of the page, and references cited in the text will appear there.

If you want to try again, please use the Article Wizard or articles for creation to guide you through the creation process. The new user tutorial can help you avoid future problems.

You may find this tool useful: Google custom search Don't feel discouraged. My first attempts at creating articles were deleted too.

There is more information at Wikipedia:Community portal. There is help available at THE TEAHOUSE. Cheers, and happy editing. -- Dlohcierekim (talk) 17:38, 8 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

Sockpuppet investigation

edit

Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Wikilover2604, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.

Draft:Matt Zagula concern

edit

Hi there, I'm HasteurBot. I just wanted to let you know that Draft:Matt Zagula, a page you created, has not been edited in 5 months. The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace.

If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion. If you would like to attempt to save it, you will need to improve it.

You may request Userfication of the content if it meets requirements.

If the deletion has already occured, instructions on how you may be able to retrieve it are available at WP:REFUND/G13.

Thank you for your attention. HasteurBot (talk) 01:34, 11 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

Your draft article, Draft:Matt Zagula

edit

Hello, Wikilover2604. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Matt Zagula".

If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. » Shadowowl | talk 13:36, 11 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
