June 2017 edit

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be repeatedly reverting or undoing other editors' contributions at Godhra train burning. Although this may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is known as "edit warring" and is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, as it often creates animosity between editors. Instead of reverting, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block.

Also, merely writing the reason for your edits in edit summaries is not sufficient on Wikipedia. You need to cite reliable sources for all of your claims, since they are required for verifiability. And please take your sources and claims to the article's talk page and discuss there, once your edits are challenged; edit warring is not a good practice on Wikipedia. Best regards.   Please stop attacking other editors. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. Vanamonde (talk) 12:11, 12 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

hello Vanamonde93 Sorry sir, you mistaken, i am not personally attacking anyone. It was a decent conversation between me and Tyler Durden. He is fine with it. But Instead you are bullying me WP:BULLY If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. --WikiBodhiVamsa (talk) 12:28, 12 June 2017 (UTC)Reply
An edit summary suggesting that I am hinduphobic is indeed a personal attack, and one that you can be sanctioned for. Vanamonde (talk) 12:33, 12 June 2017 (UTC)Reply
@Vanamonde93 Sorry sir, it was my personal opinion and i have full right to have my opinion on free space on my personal summary page sir :)
Sir would you like to read my User page sir. i will be glad. WikiBodhiVamsa (talk) 12:45, 12 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

Sir would you like to read my User page sir. i will be glad.: BodhiVamsa, actually, I did. And I have a doubt — why and how does your user page have so many similarities with my user page? You shouldn't be knowing me on Wikipedia when you created your account and wrote your user page. I posted a welcome message on your talk page, after I came to see your user page from Godhra train burning article. Can you please throw some light on how this happened? I'm asking out of curiosity. Best, Tyler Durden (talk) 13:44, 12 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hello @Tyler Durden , yes exactly, i am curious too How your your user page (Tyler Durden) has many similarities with State Emblem of India Can you please throw some light on how this happened?. Also i want to know does State Emblem of india is copyrighted by some communist brigade.? bcoz i last time when i check india is not under communist dictatorship like china, venezuela, cuba or NorthKorea. we are in still democracy. asking coz i'm just curious. cheers:D Regard, WikiBodhiVams (talk) 07:37, 13 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

The template in State Emblem of India on the top says "Emblem of India", not "State Emblem of India". It also contains a Hindi title "भारत का राष्ट्रीय चिह्न", which is absent in the template on my user page. In the 'Arminger' column, my user page shows the Indian flag:   Republic of India, which the original template in State Emblem of India does not carry. Also, the motto is written in 'big' and 'bold' on my user page, unlike in the original page. These were my modifications when I copied the template from the original page. And your user page carries the template with these exact modifications. It means that you have copied the template from my user page and not the original page, which in turn, clearly indicates that you had interacted/come across with me on Wikipedia before creating this account, as copying that template is the first thing you did after coming to Wikipedia - [1]. Best, Tyler Durden (talk) 08:21, 13 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hello @Tyler Durden Thanks for reply. This is not Template i used Source code directly from the page And Please see the Heading of the page says "State Emblem of India" not Emblem of India(if you can see correctly) State Emblem of India. I modified the source-code example i added No Left No Right, Only TRUTH also see the moto you have bolded text whole line but in my case there is no quotation mark w/bold. Though i don't know hindi(& my Linux dont support hindi script). i hope this will clear your doubt and you won't Claim "Copyright infringement" agasint me :) Ask if you still have any doubt Cheers. ARBIPA alert edit

This message contains important information about an administrative situation on Wikipedia. It does not imply any misconduct regarding your own contributions to date.

Please carefully read this information:

The Arbitration Committee has authorised discretionary sanctions to be used for pages regarding India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan, a topic which you have edited. The Committee's decision is here.

Discretionary sanctions is a system of conduct regulation designed to minimize disruption to controversial topics. This means uninvolved administrators can impose sanctions for edits relating to the topic that do not adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, our standards of behavior, or relevant policies. Administrators may impose sanctions such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks. This message is to notify you that sanctions are authorised for the topic you are editing. Before continuing to edit this topic, please familiarise yourself with the discretionary sanctions system. Don't hesitate to contact me or another editor if you have any questions.

Notice that you are now subject to an arbitration enforcement topic ban edit

The following topic ban now applies to you:

You are topic-banned for three months from all pages and discussions related to India.

You have been sanctioned for harassment and repeated personal attacks, such as [2], tendentious editing and disregard of sources. You are completely mistaken in believing Wikipedia to be a vehicle of free speech. As you have repeatedly been told, you are not allowed to attack others on this website. Blanking all the good advice you got at the Teahouse and accusing the advisers of personal attacks shows you have no understanding at all of how the site works. I hope you will now edit other topics and learn something from it.

This topic ban is imposed in my capacity as an uninvolved administrator under the authority of the Arbitration Committee's decision at Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/India-Pakistan#Final decision and, if applicable, the procedure described at Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Discretionary sanctions. This sanction has been recorded in the log of sanctions. Please go to WP:TBAN and read the information there to see what a topic ban is. If you do not comply with the topic ban, you may be blocked for an extended period, to enforce the ban.

If you wish to appeal against the ban, please say so below or on my talk page and I will explain how to do it. Bishonen | talk 08:54, 19 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hi, please don't edit any article related to India for three months till 19th September. Bishonen has sanctioned you according to WP:AE. Administrators of Wikipedia can impose topic ban directly. Barthateslisa used to be a good editor, but now she is blocked indefinitely as she created Wp:SOCK accounts. I explained her many times, but I don't want you to become like Barthateslisa. Wikipedia has no WP:DEADLINE. and Wikipedia is not WP:COMPULSORY. New editors can't WP:WIN by edit-warring with experienced editors. If you edit Indian articles while this ban by Bishonen is not lifted, then they will block you from editing. Marvellous Spider-Man 14:19, 19 June 2017 (UTC)Reply
