The article is very much neutral and covers all the part. Ali Manikfan

I have gone through it and corrected the spelling of the mother tongue to Mahl from mahal. Because it is how it is spelled by Lakshadweep administration. I have also added a Divehi (Mahl) wikipedia link and created an article about him in Divehi wiki. I think the article is ok. Any how I feel a Person InfoBox, should be added.
