Speedy deletion nomination of Vinod Tewary

Hi, I have created a new version of this page that was deleted in September. It is not CV-like now, and all promotion language has been removed. How can I submit this new page? Please advise.

I know this scientist, and I know that he has done significant work in the field of nanomaterials research over his lifetime. Addition of his details to Wikipedia would make Wikipedia's coverage of nanomaterials research that much more complete -- hence I want to try again.

The Wikipedia user linked in the re-creation of this page "Athaenara" is a different from you "Pickledicae" and I cannot make out how to contact Athaenara. That is an additional confusion.

I hope you can help me out. I can submit the re-worked page for review first, if required.

Hello. Just so you know, Athaenara has been indefinetly blocked following an incident, so you're unlikely to get any answers from them if you have/decide to contact them. You could try asking any questions at the Teahouse, or just see what feedback you get from the article you have created.

Also, I have moved your article to the draft area so you can submit it to the Articles for Creation process. Although not strictly required, you should do it if you have a conflict of interest. Just hit submit at the top of the article.

Thank you. I don't really think there's a conflict of interest here. Our collaboration is in a totally unrelated field from the subject's main work and contribution to the world. It's just that I know enough about this subject's work to create an article and felt it would be a good addition to Wikipedia. I would learn how to add content to Wikipedia in the process so that I may then work on other matter that I want to contribute to Wikipedia.
