Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:VIYC= edit

- 1. I was banned last time before I could take part in the discussion. 2. I had an older account which was banned forever for no reason. 3. I thought it was, since nobody will allow me to create a page for my movie. 4. I admitted I had a conflict of interest on my older account. I'm tired of being banned again and again.
